Essentials

Morphotonics is the leading supplier of Roll-to-Plate (R2P) nanoimprint technology solutions. Our innovative nanoimprint equipment and consumables enable micro- and nanostructures to be applied on extremely large areas in high volume production. This leads to improved products with cost advantages for our customers in the display, automotive, and other deep technology sectors. Morphotonics is located in the Brainport Region of Eindhoven in The Netherlands. Our R2P nanoimprint technology has been adopted by leading customers in Europe, United States and Asia.

Your role

As Morphotonics continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Development Engineer with a focus on quality control to further advance our R2P technology and to ensure high-quality standards. In this role, you will work closely with development teams to set up and improve quality control systems that monitor the quality of R2P equipment, materials and products. This requires creativity, keen attention to detail and a critical eye for quality.

Experience

  • > 5-10 years of experience in technical process development;
  • > 3 years of experience with quality control in industry preferred;
  • Experience with developing quality control methods and protocols;
  • Experience using statistical analysis software is beneficial;

Required educational background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physics, Chemistry or a comparable field;
