Morphotonics is the leading supplier of Roll-to-Plate (R2P) nanoimprint technology solutions. Our innovative nanoimprint equipment and consumables enable micro- and nanostructures to be applied on extremely large areas in high volume production. This leads to improved products with cost advantages for our customers in the display, automotive, and other deep technology sectors. Your role
Morphotonics, a leader in OEM systems, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to fuel our growth and elevate our operations. In this role you will shape our business processes and take our planning and manufacturing activities to a mature level. You will team up with the Sales, Business Development and R&D to implement and optimize business processes and ensure seamless operations.
Operational Excellence is a standard mindset and attitude for you, continuous improvement is part of your DNA.
- Coordinate, prioritize and follow-up on business planning;
- Initiate and support operations project, g. ERP and QMS implementation;
- Manage stakeholders.
Experience
- > 5 years in operations planning and manufacturing, with a preference for those with ‘tech company scale-up’ experience;
- Skill Set: Exceptional abilities in planning, organization, and project management;
- Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with ERP implementation and a commitment to operational excellence.
Required educational background
- Master’s Degree: Supply Chain or Operations Management, ideally with experience in a technology company.
