What You’ll Do
As a key support to our commercial team, you will:
- Conduct Market Research: Identify industry trends, potential clients, and competitive insights.
- Analyze Sales Data: Provide actionable insights, maintain organized records, and assist in forecasting.
- Manage CRM Database: Regularly update and maintain our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
- Support Customer Communications: Assist with follow-ups and inquiries to enhance client relationships.
- Prepare Sales Quotations: Collaborate with the sales team to create accurate and compelling proposals.
- Coordinate Tradeshow Materials: Help prepare and manage materials for industry events to ensure brand consistency.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly organized and analytical team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Must-Haves:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems and AI tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Organizational Ability: Strong attention to detail with a structured approach to tasks.
- Proactive Mindset: Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in high-tech or B2B environments.
- Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools.
- Previous experience with tradeshow coordination and event planning.
